By using Freelance Forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Freelance Forms provides document templates, a builder, PDF export, educational guides, and Pro features including client share links. Templates are tools to help you create paperwork; they are not a substitute for professional legal advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Email verification is required to access dashboard features.

Free and Pro plans

• Free: access to guides, free templates, document saving, and a limited number of PDF exports per month.
• Pro: unlimited PDF exports, all templates, client directory, and share links. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe until canceled.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to harass others, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

Intellectual property

We own the site, templates, and guides. You retain ownership of content you enter into documents. You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service.

Disclaimer

Templates and guides are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Cancellation

You may cancel Pro via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may delete your account from your profile settings.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
