Freelance Forms ("we", "us") operates freelanceforms.com. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you use our website and services.

  • Documents: titles and field data you enter when creating invoices, contracts, and other templates.
  • Clients: names, emails, and notes you add for Pro client sharing features.
  • Usage data: PDF export timestamps, share link view counts, and standard server logs.
  • Billing data: subscription status is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use your information

  • Provide and improve the document builder, PDF export, and client share features.
  • Process subscriptions and send transactional emails (welcome, quota warnings, billing confirmations).
  • Respond to support requests sent to support@freelanceforms.com.
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse.

Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and CSRF tokens to protect forms. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service (e.g. Stripe for payments, email delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

Client share links

When you create a share link, anyone with the URL can view the document preview. You control whether PDF download is allowed and when links expire.

Data retention

We retain your account and documents until you delete them or close your account. You may delete documents from your dashboard at any time.
